The Drummond Library

Terms of Service

Effective July 13, 2026

These are the terms for buying and reading The Drummond Library. Plain language, no traps.

What you're buying

The Drummond Library is a collection of digital written materials (the "Library"). Access is delivered to you electronically after your purchase — nothing ships.

Your license

What you buy is for your own personal use. You may read it on your devices. You may not resell it, redistribute it, republish it, or share the files or your access link with others.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Purchase is a one-time payment — it is not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds

If the Library does not change how you see your own situation, write to us within thirty days of your purchase and we will return your payment in full. This mirrors the promise made on the site.

Not professional advice

The materials are educational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and reading them does not create any advisory relationship. Every structure described must be designed and built by licensed professionals for your own situation. Consult qualified people before you act.

The persona

Solomon Drummond is a literary persona, and the material is a composite of family-wealth tradition presented for teaching.

Availability

We work to keep the site and your access available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Library is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date above will change.
